Real Estate Closing For Buyers

• Real estate contract review, effective contract negotiation to minimize risk, drafting deal specifics, outlining client responsibilites

• Explanation of the purchase contract to you and your responsibilities in securing a mortgage commitment,

• Ensuring seller complies with specific requests such as minor repairs, resolving violations, clearance of title issues with sellers counsel

• Correspondence with the seller’s attorney, title company and mortgage company,

• Preparation for closing including deed and transfer documents, preparing adjustments, check lists, obtaining necessary title work,

• Review of mortgage commitment and conditional commitments,

• Title review, and

• Representation at closing including providing copies ofclosing and tax documentation, deed, etc.

• Preparation of the real estate contract tailored to your transaction specifics,

• Contract negotiation with purchasers attorney,

• Discussion, explanation and execution of the contract with seller,

• Resolving any issues (including issues of repair, termite damage, etc.) prior to closing,

• Correspondence with the buyer’s attorney regarding title and mortgage commitment contingencies,
